This tower, divided into a ground floor and three additional levels, includes an open gallery beneath the roof. The tower's roof is adorned with glazed tiles in a striking combination of red and green, a motif repeated in the other roofs of the house.

The house's roofs are gabled, with the same red and green glazed tiles, and are supported by brick corbels. The straight eaves and decorative elements create a rhythmic visual effect, enhancing the building's overall design.

The Circular Smoking Room

At the rear of the house, a circular protruding structure, reminiscent of a garden pavilion, serves as the smoking room. This room's base is constructed from the same stone as the house's foundation, with smooth, round columns supporting the upper structure. The columns are decorated with ceramic mosaic in white, blue, and yellow, forming an undulating pattern. The entablature is simple, with a decorative frieze of waves and spirals, possibly representing water. The roof tiles here also follow the red and green color scheme.

Statues and Water Features

Adorning the main façade, above the entrance and to the right, is a statue mounted on a brick plinth and sheltered by a conical canopy covered in ceramic mosaic. This statue adds a touch of artistry to the building's exterior.
