The company committed to supplying a minimum of 600 cubic meters of water daily at a rate of 0.15 marks per cubic meter, while the city took on the responsibility of constructing the necessary pipeline network.

An elevator was installed, reaching up to the sixth floor, making the tower more accessible and functional for modern living.

Despite these extensive renovations, the exterior of the Wasserturm Pinneberg has been meticulously preserved. The only significant alteration to the exterior was the installation of windows in the tank enclosure, which seamlessly blend with the tower's original design.
