The facade of the Church of the Santísima Trinidade is reminiscent of a fortress, with its two cylindrical towers flanking the main entrance. The northern tower supports a square belfry, adding a unique character to the building's silhouette. These towers, along with the buttresses and flamboyant Gothic pinnacles along the cornice, were added during the extensive renovations in the 15th and 16th centuries.

This 16th-century masterpiece, relocated from its original site, showcases an arch flanked by fluted columns and medallions of Hippocrates and Galen. The triangular tympanum above is adorned with a statue of Saint Roch, flanked by fantastical figures representing evil, all overseen by a guardian angel. The atrium leads to a plateresque cross, once located in the Horta do Concello. Crafted by Jácome de Moure, this cross features images of Christ, the Pietà, and medallions of the four Evangelists, showcasing the artistry of the father of the renowned sculptor Francisco de Moure.
The church boasts two main entrances. The western portal is adorned with triple pointed archivolts resting on smooth columns with varied capitals. The northern portal, though less ornate, features late Romanesque archivolts decorated with floral motifs and beaded moldings.
Inside, the basilica-style layout draws the eye to the main chapel, crowned by a ribbed vault with intricate nerves and keystones. The centerpiece is a 16th-century plateresque altarpiece by Cornielles de Holanda, who also crafted the main altar of the Cathedral of Ourense. This altarpiece, with its dark green and gold polychrome, is a visual feast, featuring a crucifix with God the Father and the Holy Spirit, along with numerous statues including those of Santa Rita of Cascia and Saint Teresa of Lisieux.
Flanking the main altar are two baroque side altars, each with a single niche framed by Solomonic columns. The left altar is dedicated to the Immaculate Conception, while the right honors Saint Joseph. The walls host various religious figures, including a monumental calvary with life-sized statues of Our Lady of Sorrows, Christ Crucified, and Saint John.
On the epistle side, a niche holds a statue of the Virgin of Carmen, while the gospel side features a smaller sculpture of Our Lady of Fatima. The wall also displays a large painting depicting the Virgin bestowing the chasuble upon Saint Ildefonso of Toledo.
